Taking the Client's Instruction to ascertain the requirements and constraints of the project's programme. Formulating the concept and advising the client on it's development and interpreting preliminary proposals such as planning, design and material treatment, construction details and preparing preliminary estimates of the probable construction or production cost based on the concept.

Finalizing the conceptual design proposal as approved by the Client or relevant authorities. These would enable the consultants to commence detailed design works,preparing working drawings, working schedules and specifications, updating the preliminary estimates of prebable construction or production costs and submitting to the Client for approval.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION PHASE

Based on the updated estimated contract cost as approved by the Client, preparing and finalizing the drawings, specifications and other additional items as may be necessary, assisting the Client or working in collaboration with an appointed Quantity Surveyors for the preparation of the Bil of Quantities and Tender Documents, inviting tenders on behalf of the Client, evaluating the tenders and submitting a report and recommendation to the Client, awarding the contract on behalf of the Client and either to prepare or collaborate in the preparation of the contract documents.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT PHASE

Performing all functions as the Consultant in administration and management, accepting the responsibility and exercising the authority as conferred upon the Consultant. Periodical supervision both on and required, provide full time site representation throughout the installation period. Examining the work programme prepared by the Contractor to the satisfaction of the Consultants on the works defined in the Conditions of Contract. Accepting the building on behalf of the Client, providing a set of drawing showing the works as per constructed and obtaining for the Client the drawings of the servicesas installed and recommended on their maintenance.
